Pet Expert specializes in providing health insurance for dogs and cats, allowing clients to arrange their insurance conveniently online. For the company based in Prague, which in addition to insurance also handles claims processing through external partners, we provide continuous development of their entire online insurance system.

Our team of two developers and a designer is responsible for maintaining, expanding, and ensuring the visual quality of all applications. Since the client has set a fixed monthly budget, we carefully plan and prioritize tasks to consistently deliver key requirements, use the available hours efficiently, and stay within the allocated limits. Reliable system operation is essential for Pet Expert, which is why the application is continuously monitored and regularly improved. We manage the development of websites for four countries (CZ, SK, BE, PL), and we are currently working on applications for partners and breeders, a client zone, and the implementation of Google and Apple payment methods.
