Long-term collaboration on the development of key projects in a dynamic fintech environment

The main goal of the cooperation was to strengthen FTMO’s internal development team with our specialists, who brought expertise and helped maintain a high level of quality on key projects. Given the dynamics of the fintech environment, it was crucial not only to integrate quickly into existing processes but also to respond flexibly to new challenges. The work was carried out through daily status updates and sprints, which enabled us to keep pace with the internal team and become a natural part of it. High demands on efficiency and accuracy required working with the latest technologies in an environment of constant innovation. Our role was to contribute long-term to development based on the client’s direct requirements, ensure continuity, and support the growth of a platform that has achieved global success.
