The aim of the project was to redesign the website while simultaneously carrying out a technological upgrade of the administrative system that manages employees’ daily agenda. The original system was very extensive, and its complexity began to limit further development. We gradually conducted analysis and mapping of the client’s current needs, which allowed us to design a new, more flexible model. This new approach was intended to make employees’ work easier, simplify administrative processes, and ensure the future scalability of the system.

The project involved collaboration with a team of programmers, designers, and e-commerce specialists who contributed to different stages of development based on the client’s specific requirements.
