We check how easily people can navigate the website, how quickly it loads, whether it is secure, and whether it feels clear and easy to understand. We also assess the overall design and accessibility. In the end, you’ll receive a clear report describing the issues we’ve identified along with suggestions on how to fix them - prepared in a way your developer can start working with right away.
I want a UX auditA larger share of visitors turn into customers, complete an order, or send an inquiry.
People feel confident on the website, navigate it easily, and interactions work the way they expect.
A professional-looking website increases user trust.
At the beginning, we’ll meet online (about 60–90 minutes) and go through everything we need to understand your project in full context. Your business and marketing goals, target audiences and their behavior, the competitive landscape, the product or service itself, and the current performance of your website.
We will ask you for access to Google Analytics (and possibly other tools) so we can see how your website is currently performing, where people leave, what slows them down, and which pages work best.
We go through the website page by page and record everything that doesn’t align with good UX principles from content structure to mobile usability. We rely on our own experience, proven methodologies, and detailed checklists that help uncover even the less obvious issues.
We then compile all our findings into a clear and organized document describing the current state of the website along with specific recommendations for improvement. I categorize the suggestions by priority from items that should be addressed immediately to those that can wait. This gives you a clear and understandable plan for the next steps.
After you review the report, we’ll meet online again to answer your questions and explain all the steps in practice. Since we are a development company with an experienced team of UX/UI designers, we can also help you implement the proposed changes whether it’s redesigning specific elements, adjusting parts of the website, or completely reworking the user interface.
