The controller of personal data under Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) is 1. The controller processes personal data that you have provided or personal data obtained by the controller in connection with fulfilling your order.

Účelem zpracování osobních údajů je
vyřízení Vaší objednávky a výkon práv a povinností vyplývajících ze smluvního vztahu mezi Vámi a správcem; při objednávce jsou vyžadovány osobní údaje, které jsou nutné pro úspěšné vyřízení objednávky (jméno a adresa, kontakt), poskytnutí osobních údajů je nutným požadavkem pro uzavření a plnění smlouvy, bez poskytnutí osobních údajů není možné smlouvu uzavřít či jí ze strany správce plnit,
zasílání obchodních sdělení a činění dalších marketingových aktivit.
Ze strany správce nedochází k automatickému individuálnímu rozhodování ve smyslu čl. 22 GDPR. S takovým zpracováním jste poskytl/a svůj výslovný souhlas.
IV.
Data retention period
The controller retains personal data
For the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller, and to assert claims from such contractual relationships (for 15 years after the termination of the contractual relationship).
For as long as consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is not withdrawn, but no longer than 10 years, if the personal data are processed based on consent.
After the retention period has expired, the controller will delete the personal data.

Recipients of personal data (controller’s subcontractors)
The recipients of personal data are persons
involved in the delivery of goods/services/payment processing under a contract,
involved in ensuring the operation of services,
providing marketing services.
The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or to an international organization. The recipients of personal data in third countries are providers of mailing services/cloud services.

Conditions for securing personal data
The controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
The controller has implemented technical measures to secure data repositories and personal data storage in paper form, in particular through antivirus programs, secure backup storage, and regular security checks.
The controller declares that access to personal data is granted only to authorized persons.
